Proposal Given To Government To Abolish Holiday Of Government Institute

Islamabad: Minister of Industry and Commerce give proposal to the Government to abolish Saturday’s Holiday and re-schedule the summer vacations to bring more betterment in Economy of the Country. According to the Minister, proper Policy will be prepared for Annual vacations by the Government, the political parties who come in Governance increase the vacations, and also the strike put negative effect on the Economy. FPCCI suggest proposal to the Government to abolish Saturday’s holiday in Government institutes. Two days vacation in Banks and Customs bring difficulties and problems in Export of Country. The country’s economy got stuck for 3-4 days in the holidays of Eid. Trade is more affected from the holiday of Government Institutes.  Government make new schedule of Annual vacations. According to the expert, Customer offices faces lose of 2 Billion Monthly due to 2 holidays.
